Yes, the product you receive will match the image shown on our website. However, please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
A copy of your receipt is also emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Order tracking is shared on that same email.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us first. We would then like to know about what happened.
If we deemed necessary to return, the customer shall bear the logistics charges.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we restock once a week.
